What are weekend experiences like?
At Royalwood Church, we want you to have a powerful Sunday experience. We have created multiple service times to make sure that there is an option that fits your busy schedule. When you arrive at our campus, you can expect to be greeted with a warm welcome, a complimentary cup of coffee, and help from our team to find a seat and enjoy the experience. You will experience dynamic worship, hear stories of real life change through video and special elements, and receive an uplifting message of hope. Doors to the auditorium will open no later than 30 minutes before the start of the service, so plan to arrive in plenty of time to park, head to the auditorium, and get settled in your seat. If you have children to check into our children’s ministry, we encourage you to plan additional time into your schedule.
What will happen when I visit for the first time?
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile—and that’s fine with us! Come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.
Why do you have Small Groups?
Circles (our Small Groups) are an important part of Royalwood Church; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve joined a Circle. Circles allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As Royalwood Church grows, groups allow us to “stay small” and connected. Groups are available for all ages and interests—there’s bound to be one that’s just right for you. Take your next steps by learning about why we’re big on Circles, or find a group here.
What do I wear to a weekend experience?
You’ll find everything from casual clothes to business suits at our Weekend Worship Experiences. Come in what is comfortable for you, because Royalwood Church is not about what you look like or what you wear.
How can I be discipled and grow?
Our desire is to see you become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. The Connect offers the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to follow Jesus to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into leadership.
What about my children?
At Royalwood Church, your children are a top priority. All of our children’s ministry environments are clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers. We offer a dynamic children’s ministry called City Kids as well as life-changing ministry to students in junior high and high school.
How can I meet others and get connected?
There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending The Connect or by joining Circles. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.
